How Often Should Windows Be Cleaned?
The interiors of windows should be cleaned at least once a month.  Windows and glass in high-traffic areas, including entrances and glass doors, should be cleaned daily to remove finger marks and other spots that degrade the appearance of your facility.  It is recommended that exterior of windows in high visibility areas be cleaned at least once a month.  All windows should be cleaned at least twice a year, preferably every quarter, in order to help minimize the amount of deposits on the glass that could lead to damage.  In the long run regular cleaning will keep your windows and glass in better shape and save you money. 
Do You Check for any Damage While Cleaning?
